This memorial page is a tribute to our beautiful baby daughter Chloe who passed away aged just 3 days old. She was the most beautiful and perfect little girl who fought so hard to stay with us but in the end she lost her brave battle and went to join the angels. We love and miss you so much Chloe. We will never forget you and will always be grateful for the time we had together, however brief it was. Our hearts will be broken forever. Sleep tight angel xx
